You may want to reconsider DHL. My package arrived at DHL in Secaucus on 6/28 8:25 am; left DHL on 6/29 6am (a full day there being scanned in!). Then on 6/30 it finally went out at 1pm, to Eldridge MD where it arrived on 7/1. Note it would have passed by Philadelphia, where I live. It was turned over to USPS in MD.
Somehow I saw it is now in FL. So not only did it pass me by, it then went 1000 miles further away from me. It will be very well traveled if it ever arrives back in PA, since it will have another 1000 miles to get back to me.
It's about 97 miles from Secaucus to my house. I know there are hubs but this is pretty crazy - delays of days at DHL, and 1000's of extra miles?
