Rado has been crafting luxury Swiss watches since 1917. The D-Star, one of the company’s flagship lines, is known for its barrel-shaped case and clean looks. This sleek model doesn’t follow tradition. Made with a lightweight ceramic case that’s treated with plasma (and a matching ceramic bracelet on the options without leather), the D-Star is easy on the wrist. The dial is appointed with slim hour markers and a date window at 6 o’clock. Inside the case rests Rado’s calibre 658 movement for accuracy and precision. It’s protected against liquids up to 100 meters. Finally, there’s a sapphire crystal on the front and an exhibition caseback on the back.
