QuixoteI have contacted Randolph's customer service department directly about this same issue. I used their sizing information, as well as the other information that was posted here, but still managed to order the incorrect size. I will let everyone know what the outcome of my request for a size exchange is.
Update: I got a reply via email that basically said my only option was to go through Massdrop to secure an exchange, which is obviously not possible. However, I did put in a call in directly to their customer service department and the woman that I spoke to is going to speak with her manager and see what they are willing to do for me (if anything). I will continue to keep the group updated on this as I know others are in the same situation that I am.
