Overall seems good build quality, however I have one glaring design issue. The damn thing is TOO TALL even in the lowest setting. Yes, I have it fully seated in the base. I'm 6' and I can feel the pressure under my legs and comparing the seat level to my old chair is several inches higher. What gives with that? No way this will be comfortable over long sessions, heck it was annoying after 30 seconds.
