Got this chair in the last drop and after owning it for a few weeks here are some thoughts; First off I do recommend this chair but I wouldn't pay anymore then mass drops lowest price, It's worth it at that price to me but not the MSRP. And I don't have any similar chair to compare it to like a dxracer or akracing so if you have tried one of those and liked them I say go with them over this if you can't try one of these for yourselves. Second if you are hoping to put it all together and sit down and expect bliss from how comfortable it is, don't buy this. Honestly I was severely disappointed with it at first. To me it needs a little more cushion on the bottom. HOWEVER the chair I owned before this was much more comfortable to sit in for the first half hour compared to this, but after more then 1 hour I would have to get up and walk around and my back would be killing me. This chair is not like a lazy boy that will make you go "ahhhh that feels good" but for me it would never be uncomfortable no matter how long I sat in it (Like 6 hours straight) and never made my back or butt hurt. Third is build quality is top notch 10/10 (THIS THING IS HEAVY) and seems like it will last forever. Also very adjustable. The lumbar/back support is all but useless to me, uncomfortable no matter what but I didn't need it. The head pillow is rock hard and I wish it was softer because you are pretty much forced to use it to sit somewhat comfortably with your head against the chair (not a problem if you don't want to rest your head against it). Hopefully it will soften with use. And last I just love the looks.

PatchettHi Patchett! First of all, thanks so much for your purchase of our RapidX chairs! We appreciate your business and always love to hear what our customers think of our chairs. I would agree with your analysis that our chairs are better for longer sits and its not a "cushy" type chair. We designed it for gamers and those that want to use it at their desk as opposed to a plain, black chair. Gamers log some hours and so do those at their desks...so we for sure wanted to make this work for those use cases. Thanks again! We appreciate all feedback and use it to improve our products all the time! Chris
