Wrong glasses
I ordered glasses with a blue tint, but I received those with a pink tint that were available as another drop. At first I was quite displeased, but, as it turns out, I like the glasses nonetheless. I would however understand the frustration from getting the wrong product though.
Edit:
After spending a year with these, I must admit they've grown on me and I'm now glad that they sent these. It gives a flair to my wardrobe. I've upped my review to 3 stars and while I now forget that this isn't what I ordered, I can't condone this sort of behavior and give it anything more.

Got the wrong glasses. Sent drop the notice through the proper pipeline. Also mentioned it in the comments (I'm not the only one) and now am writing a review.. and still no response. It's been a couple of weeks now. Drop please let me/us know what you are doing about it.

How do you even mess this up? Wrong glasses arrived and massdrop did little to rectify the situation except putting me through the extra labor of returning them.

Wrong glasses
Like everyone else, I received the wrong glasses and have not heard from the seller or Drop about getting them replaced. Very disappointing because the look and feel of the glasses were solid but I would just never wear the pink/tan color.

Received the incorrect frames and Drop not doing anything to get the correct ones to replace them. Only option is return. Disappointing.
