I have this stick.. It is excellent. It's a little bit more expensive than the standard HRAP Kai but it has an optical switch setup for the joystick that is much smoother and more durable than the clicky cherry switches that come standard. The buttons work great with the silencing pads and it totally eliminates the squeaky sound and feel that are associated with Kuro buttons.
The Kai models have more spacing between the joystick and the buttons and feels much more natural to me.
I switched out the ball top for a bat top and put a heavier spring on the joystick and it is easily the best fightstick that I've owned. (I've gone through quite a few)

There a Pro 5 Kai Silents what's the difference between them?

That isn't a Pro 5 Kai Silent, it is the Pro V Silent. The "V" refers to a specific panel layout (Vewlix), not the number 5. Kai models have wider spacing made for Hori USA, that's why it's not a V. That HRAP V Silent Hayabusa you linked is Hori JP, reportedly has a newer PCB, and flatter Hayabusa buttons instead of silenced versions of the older Kuro buttons. They both use a silenced version of the Hayabusa stick.

SL75Thank for reply, I did not know HORI got different product like this. feels like extra wider spacing are comfort to play arcade game? I really need a arcade stick for very long time. although I bought a few arcade stick which are not branded and I feel unsatisfied. I worry I will continue to buy the wrong one again.

Has Capcom updated the drivers for these sticks yet? I haven't played SF5 in a little while on PC. Was waiting for the update before I get a stick. Could just use a 3rd party software but don't really feel like installing that on.

AftermanNot as far as I know. I use x360ce and if you put it in the correct directory it starts along with SFV. It only added 5min to the setup of SFV.

man, i wish i practiced SF4 using a stick............i was so broke back then i could only afford to play on a ps3 controller. now i'm better with a dualshock than with a stick. tried them all too, madcats, hori, etc. i cannot find the buttons without looking LOL. and i used to be an arcade junkie back in the street fighter 2 era.
btw, how are you guys liking SF5? i have for both ps4 and PC. so far i HATE the new mechanics. way too footsie dependent. i guess i need more practice, timing seems a little tighter than sf4. i still play ultra sf4 on PC/PS4. i'm pretty decent considering i can only play 1-2 hours max a day shared with other games. so sad that my hands forgot how to use an arcade stick.

Apparently this HRAP 4 Kai Silent does not use the same PCB as the regular HRAP 4 Kai. The regular Kai has a PC mode toggle, the Kai Silent does not.
Windows the operating system will still recognize this stick. I've used both PS3 and Xbox360 controllers on PC, which are seen as DirectInput (generic Windows format) and Xinput (newer Xbox format). However, individual programs may or may not work, depending on what format the program itself supports. This stick should work in PC Street Fighter 4 (it recognizes DirectInput and Xinput), but Street Fighter V currently only sees Xinput devices (devs said they'll patch in DirectInput support, but no ETA yet). The temporary workaround is to install a utility program that remaps the stick's output to Xinput so that Street Fighter V will see it. These utilities are pretty common for people using controllers with console emulators or programs that only recognize keyboard input.
