The 3001 Precision folder is one of Real Steel’s most desirable. This version kicks it up another notch with a bright green handle that makes the knife easy to find no matter where you leave it—if it’s not in your pocket, of course Read More
if it was $29, I'd be in, but this is just not so compelling compared to other options in this range (as others have said)...
it looks like the drop won't happen, they are 17 buyers short and only 8 hours remaining
This reminds me of the Kershaw Cryo. I have several, including the upgraded model with D2. I have one RS folder and I have no issues with it. But like others have said, the desirability of this one must be in the ayes of the marketing department. Pardon me while I fidget with my Blue Dog Sheep Folder. And my D2 Cryo.
RudolphThis is a perpetual problem on this site. Substantively incorrect information (HOW? WHY?) which must spur dozens of exceptions to the return policy. It would be a lot cheaper if they had someone at the company do the same googling the users do before the posts went up.
"The 3001 Precision folder is one of Real Steel’s most desirable." .... Why?
14C28N is nothing to write home about, the weight is kind've heavy for it's size, and it's a steel frame lock thubstud knife. What is so special? I'm not sure why someone would buy this over any of the other options around $40, like the RAT 1+2, Cutjack, Honeybadger, etc.
My bad. I was not at all clear about which one I was asking about. The Honey Badger. That's what I was asking about. The D2 Cryo has G10 one the non-locking side. MUCH better than the slick SS.
