Me too. Totally Ned Flanders. They would sell that model at the left hand store on the Erfurt Krämerbrücke. (I'm not kidding. There is an actual left hand goods, including keyboards, store on the famous merchant bridge in Erfurt, Germany. And they have nerve heard of The Simpsons.)

I finally got them to cancel my order and refund. Figure it is better to get the money before they go under. They are acting like they are on the verge of Chapter 13.

I had a pretty unhelpful reply from support last week in response to my enquiry when the 5 Feb shipping date had passed. Apparently the units are on backorder. Really would expect that Drop would manage their supply chain better than this, and that we would at least have some indication of timeframe by now.
