Type on an Iconic Apple Layout
The latest in the long line of popular Red Scarf keyboards is inspired by the original Apple M0110 keyboard. A 60% layout, it was Steve Jobs’ intention to create the keyboard without arrow keys to encourage the use of the innovative mouse. So, like the original, this one is absent of arrows. Also true to the original, it features an aggressively angled aluminum case (which is very difficult to machine), this time with rubber feet for stability. Weighing over 5 pounds fully assembled, it won't budge even for the hardest of typists. The case comes in five different colors with a colored plate to match. The PCB comes pre-programmed, but should you choose to reprogram the Red Scarf, you can do so via tkg.io.
Note: This kit requires assembly. At checkout, choose a case layout (6u or 7u spacebar), a case color (black, blue, gray, red, or silver), a plate (Aluminum in black, blue, gray, red, or silver, or carbon fiber). You can also add on Cherry or Gateron Switches at checkout(68pcs, pricing will vary depending on your selection).
