Board got fried after a few months. Must have built up static electricity walking around my office. I sat down and went to type, shocked my board and now the left side of the board's keys type gibberish. Hitting 'r' types 34br etc. Including the Esc key which means I CANNOT RE-FLASH so this expensive thing is complete garbage now. No on board dips or anything to reset. Honestly too, the base level of the chasis felt way cheaper than what I was expecting for the price. Very disappointed. Oh and for the few months that it WAS working, it'd freak out occasionally and start repeating whatever the last key was until i unplugged the usb and replugged it in. This happened way too often. Thing is junk.

Nope. There was no information about how to contact support - I figured you guys were just resellers anyway. I have a fried board with a bunch of soldered cherry brown switches, should I desolder them and send it back to you / Massdrop?
