Finished mine this week. I have to say I am very happy with this kit. I had also purchased a new soldering station that had much better tips than my old cheapo gun, which made putting this together a lot easier. I set mine up with custom Ergo Cherry Clear switches at most of the keys, and Gateron Blues for the top row F keys, arrow keys, numlock, and capslock. Added a couple of orange LEDs (to match the carbon keycaps) to the capslock and numlock keys. Also using the included cherry stabilizers, which are a little rattly. I'll be doing the foam mod to quiet them down. For what it's worth, I think the costar stabs on my Varmilo board sound much better.
Here are a few things I noticed about the board:
- The switch holes in the plate have a bit of extra room at the sides, so you can remove the switch top and replace springs/stems without de-soldering or taking apart the board (very nice touch!). - The programming instructions didn't work for me, as my board was never recognized as a printer. After a while of googling, I finally found the flash method using the TKG Crome app along with the keyboard layout editor website. Super easy after I found the correct guide. - The aluminum case feels and looks really great. I was on the fence about the feet, but they are actually much smaller in person than they look in the pictures. They are quite subtle when they match the case (black/black on mine). - The switches on this keyboard are mounted with the LED on the bottom, so most shine-through keycaps won't light up very well. Not an issue for me, since I'm using the GMK caps, but just throwing it out there for people who were thinking about backlighting every key.

PaprikaIt screws into the case from the top. you remove a few of the keycaps to access the screws, take them out, and then the pcb lifts out of the case.
