Large and uniquely styled, the Reign Lafleur commands attention on the wrist. This 45-millimeter watch takes a slightly different approach to dial design with Arabic-numeral minute markers that sit close to the center and larger hour-numerals on the outer ring Read More

wonbulWell there you have it. Makes sense given the disproportionate success of their headphones and amps relative to most of the other stuff.

Same situation here as with the Heritor on offer. For $149, you can get the same
seiko movement in a Seiko watch. You can even grab an orient.
They also messed up this design. The outer and inner rings should have been swapped. If you’re going to have a pointer hand that’s more like a nub, put the hour markers next to it.
A watch design that involves having to learn a different way to TELL THE TIME is the antithesis of what I'm looking for. This is not the ugliest watch I've ever seen. The price for an automatic movement is - interesting. But I am an old(er) dog and my ability to learn new tricks is limited. I'm sitting this one out.
andrea_tThe hour hand is the large one tracking on the outer edge of the dial. The minute hand is the smaller one tracking on the inner dial. Putting this into my rotation would require that I recalibrate between 'nornal' and this every time I switched.
For 89 USD it is a steal with that movement and if you don't like it in the end you can always sell it for what you bought it, unlike that Perrelet Turbine Pilot
