my package has been sitting at my local post office since the 6th with a scheduled delivery date of the 10th. what kind of bunk shipping service are y'all using?

guymcbeerdrinkerHmm...it's very unusual for UPS Mail Innovation to do that.<br /><br />Just to clarify, UPS Mail Innovation is a service tier by UPS that utilize UPS infrastructure and network for long hauls, and USPS for house to house delivery. And we have quite a lot of packages that deliver to our office by UPS Mail Innovation, and we never have any problem with it.<br /><br />@guymcbeerdrinker, @VSG28, it'd be great if you guys could email me at nelson.wu@massdrop.com. I'd love to hear more about your experience with the delivery, and see if there's anything we can do to help.
