Made in France, this watch takes its name from the Corona Borealis constellation, which means “Northern Crown” in Latin. Given its decorative look and premium build, you might just say this watch is fit for a king Read More
It's different. It's French. I like the looks, and the size is fine...for me. The specs are really good. Sapphire on both ends? For $265? I even like the two gold toned versions... I do not care for movements that are obvious when they dictate dial layout, as this Miyota does. I do not care for the skeletenization. Oh, I butchered that, methinks.
If I hadn't been spending so much of my unemployment money, maybe I'd buy this and give it a whirl. Maybe I should buy it to review...
Everyone's a critic... I kinda like the white dial with blue arms and leather strap. Looks like a semi-fancy dress watch with French styling and Japanese movement. The gold ones are a bit much, though.
You could...
A) spend two-hundred and sixty-five clams on this slimy, french escargot-like watch or,
B) you could invest the same amount at Walmart and end up with 174 bottles of Mexican Corona instead.
I believe the choice is obvious.
