Got mine from the recent drop. It did screech when screwing it together but a little silicone grease took car of it. However, my clip is not centered. It's slight angled. Also, the pen does not have a solid click when pressing the top. I won't be returning it but I won't be purchasing any more of their products at this point in time. Too many other pens out there.
Update: karas fixed it all and I'm completely satisfied with a company that stands up for their product. I'm in on the Ink buy now!

RonnieAlohaI had the same issue with the off-center clip. Even after gently tighting the hex screws that hold it in place, it wiggles around a bunch, too. As much as I like the pen, it's frustrating that it has that issue.
