So, a question: if (for argument's sake) I was the 159th participant in the drop (I wasn't, I was a bit later than that!), would I get pen #159?

A_WilliamsHey @A_Williams and @Jamerelbe -- This is a great question and I'm sorry the reply was delayed. We would love to be able to promise this kind of very individualized fulfillment, but that would require the factory assembling each pen with the nib size that corresponds to each members' order, and then our warehouse making sure that every single pen got shipped to exactly the right person. It wouldn't be a big deal if one person here or there needed to exchange, but one mistake could throw off everyone's order if even one was made or shipped to the wrong person. Between asking the factory and our warehouse to go through a process that they are not accustomed to, and this being the first custom product in Writing for Massdrop, we felt that promising this level of specific numbering was not feasible. That being said, it's something that we'll strive for in the future, and I appreciate knowing that it's something members are interested in enough to comment about. Again, sorry for the late and long-winded answer, but I think the question is a good one that deserved a full answer.
