I'm surprised Drop is openly selling hardware with illegal software on it... why open yourself to a lawsuit from Nintendo?
Anyhow, these things are junk, don't waste your money. If you want retro gaming, get the Mini-NES and Mini-SNES from Nintendo. If you can't find those, take a look at RetroPie. A RetroPie setup with 8bitdo bluetooth conrollers will set you back about $90, but it's a WAY better experience. RetroPie does not come with Roms, and you are toying around with the legality of having Roms when you download them... but it's the same legal issues you would have when buying this thing. I'm really disappointed in Drop.
