Why do I feel like I've delved into the depths of keyboards like some folks do italian supercars?
"Screw the mortgage this month, I'm getting a new set of keycaps."
"Be quite kids, I know you're hungry but this set of GMK Yuri's is off the chain son!!"
*hipster side glance* "Yea man, that's great and all but that right there is a super rare, all aluminum, CNC'd 40%er with pre-1984 Cherry MX Blacks topped off with a custom set of GMK LedZep in ABS doubleshot Pantone 485-C Reds man."
BrandoRexI literally have a hobby that I'm simultaneously both ashamed to tell my family about as well as afraid they wouldn't even begin to understand.
Qmk is great for things with a 32u4. The infinity uses arm not avr, so qmk ends up being a whole thing. The Revo uses bootmapper firmware. Easy to set up on Windows. Has a guitar, and no flashing or command lines. Probably the noon friendliest firmware. I just prefer the power of qmk, but have not tried it on a non 32u4 board.
climbalimaOh ok that makes sense now. Wish I asked you before I played with QMK for the first time in the ergo. (Could of saved me from wasting lots of time). Yeah I wanted to use QMK because of those cool key comand setups. Oh well! But I’ll take your word and maybe I’ll tinker with it this coming weekend.
The acoustics of this case with Blues is sublime! I use Vint Blacks on my TKL and Blues on my kbdfans pad; a friend has this pad and it's not only better constructed with better quality overall, but also sounds loads better than mine with the same switches.
I just received mine today but I am unable to get any inputs to function. Was the PCB supposed to have been preflashed? If not, can anyone recommend a guide to program it?
schyI LOVE my Revo One and I regret no buying also a White one... Mine is blue/green. Mint condition. No screws and no feet... oh please not a big deal!!!
About my Revo Numpad, I own two, one Grey and one Black, both incredible and sturdy as hell.
