Why would anyone buy a one-day-fly kickstarter watch that's been made in China at this price point when you can get a chance quality Swiss made watch with Swiss movement from a reputable company for about the same (or less)? This has nothing to offer over companies like Steinhart, Squale or even victorinox or Tissot...

w_testI can see you have no clue on movements other than when it's "swiss made". A 9015 is a more sturdy and accurate movement out of the box than an eg. 2842. Man I'm tired of these ignorant individuals...

MrMirMy personal experiences with both Miyota 9015 and ETA 2842 movements has demonstrated the polar opposite of what you claim. The Miyotas are loud AF and don't keep as good time as any of my 2842 movement watches, and I have several of each. If given the choice I'll take the ETA all day long - if nothing else it's massively quieter than a 9015, which has crazy loud rotor noise.

MrMirI'm not saying miyotas are bad; I am saying that for this price there's no reason to buy a one day fly Chinese watch, when you can do much, much better - and have at least some form of warranty. This goes much further than just the movement.
