Crown and screw fell out within 90 days. Piece of garbage watch. Clunky dial bad mechanicals. Overall would not recommend. The customer service department has not responded to my request for a refund of the watch.

bobfan95The customer service of Drop is really bad in general. Overbooking of items, cancelling orders, lost items. Recently I was not able to get my package from the courrier because drop made a mistake-the courrier was right in front of me. Now..I have to go to local postal office to pick up the item that was in front of me. Drop customer service said "sorry".
