would you say this is good for keeping in a work bag to sharpen knives ? mine gets dull constantly from opening boxes and daily use.

mrpcakesIn your case I'd just recommend learning how to strop, you can maintain a real good egde like that for months, years even. Depending on how good you are, of course.
