Quick update for the group. Our warehouse team received the package and it looks like the vendor short-shipped us quite a substantial amount of units, without notifying us prior. There are still a few units that will be packed up and shipped out tomorrow, but we will need to wait on the vendor to send in the remainder of the shipment so that the rest of the orders can be fulfilled.
I have already sent out an email and will be following up with a phone call first thing in the morning. Rest assured that we are working to get this resolved for you ASAP.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 2/20 by the end of the day Pacific Time, or sooner if something comes up.
