Got my boots today. They're substantially lighter than any of the pictures I've seen on Massdrop or elsewhere. Is there any way I can treat the leather (maybe oil it with a certain product?) to make them darker??

NiophantThat must be the cognac? If so, then it can not be like any photos you've seen of the Dundalk before - this was a Massdrop exclusive color option. As to darkening the shade, I would personally say just wear them out and let it scuff and develop its own character. If you want products then others might be able to help you out more, maybe ask Ron himself and post what he says here (or ask him here)?
Your photo looks squished (too tall) on my end btw.

payodpandaThanks for the reply. The box they're in says 750 brown and that's what I ordered, but your right, it sure looks like 309 Cognac...

payodpandaBy the way, the picture dimensions are not altered, it's just an unflattering angle for the boot.

NiophantI usually get excited when I get something that I know will get wear (and is casual), and it's a bit light, so that the wear on it really shows through. That's why I ordered the cognac. But I can see how that's not what everybody might want, of course.
You should definitely cross check with Ron if you got the correct color or not (even though it says 750 on the box). I mean no harm in checking, I guess. :)
