Great EDC, but why so heavy?
This is little larger than the bugout but weighs 2.5 times as much.

WatchDoctorIt is very light, compared to steel.
Compared to the super lightweight polymers the Bugout is made with, titanium is still significantly more dense because it is a strong metal. The Bugout has very small steel liners that are basically just anchors for the pivot and lock mechanism. Aside from the significantly smaller blade on the Bugout, almost the entire knife is plastic or that carbon fiber reinforced plastic they started doing.
These are very much not a similar size as well as the major differences in construction style and design philosophy. This might look sleek but it's a large knife. A bugout might look fairly normal sized but it's much thinner than this Rike.
I like both style of knife quite a bit, but they are for different clothing, different activities, different moods than each other. I would rather have the Bugout while on a run or a long hike on a hot day but the Rike would be great in jeans or if I knew I was going to do some cutting throughout the day

I use the bugout on long hiking trips where even 1oz extra weight matters. It serves well and practically disappears in ones pocket.
