Hi I kept having sound from only either left or right but not together
I pressed left it goes left and vice versa. I tried on/off many and reconnect still the same , how do I reset the buds ?

Thanks for the question. Please follow the sequence below:
1.Clear your Bluetooth cache of any "FiTerra listings" and then turn off your phone’s Bluetooth.
2.Long press your earbuds until they turn on and continue to hold for approx. 15 seconds until you see the led light flash red and blue on each bud, then release.
3.Buds should pair back together.
4.Turn your phone’s Bluetooth back on and select “FiTerra” there should only be 1 “FiTerra” option.
