I pulled the trigger on Kone EMP Owl-Eye just days before this dropped appeared; current daily-driver mouse.
I'm really impressed with the build quality and performance. While waiting for delivery, I was a bit nervous that the "fit" would be off, due to my average-sized hands (almost every review out there claimed only a 18cm+ hand would be suitable); thankfully this is not an issue. The EMP is as comfortable as any I've used. As well, the click sounds from buttons 1 and 2 are pleasant; almost thocky (compared to my old logitech g303). The braided cable is just a tad thinner and softer than the g303, and I find the mouse-cable hanger unnecessary.
The only gripe I have so far is a bit tough to nail down. Where my palm rests just below the ring and pinky fingers tends to get a bit "sticky" after some time. It's not sweat; when I remove my hand from the mouse and feel my palm, it's completely dry. Initially I thought that the mouse was heating up on that spot, but touching the mouse where my hand was resting feels dry and a normal temperature. An upside to this is that the mouse is easy to grip. It could be a reaction to the UV coating, and maybe it's just me as I haven't read anyone else experiencing this. Overall, it's not a deal-breaker, but I thought it worth noting.
Would buy again. Paid $99.99 CAD + free shipping

MidnighTempestTactile feedback feels better to me, maybe due to the larger size and weight difference. Seems less rattly than the logitech (virtually none when striking the buttons).
Sound on EMP right mouse click is definitely more muted; left mouse clicks sound similar, but EMP has a better feel, again, due to it's solid heft reducing any extra vibration. Stiffness seems on par.
I'd liken it to the difference between riding a mountain bike with fat tires vs a road bike on city streets. You definitely feel the bumps and potholes more on the road bike. Some people like that feedback but I'm not one of them.
Also wanted to add that I got used to the "sticky" sensation I mentioned in the original post. Don't notice it all now for some reason :/
