All the KONE-type mice have the same structural build problem with the click sensors getting pushed down to cause errant double clicks. This cant be fixed without opening up the mice (breaking warranety), and theres lots of Horror stores about Roccat support to get it fixed. FUNDAMENTAL BUILD PROBLEM NEVER RESOLVED
Ive only had my roccat KONE XTD for about a year with light use, and its already has this issue.
BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID.

larsinioI agree to this! I also had the Kone XTD and didn't even last one whole year! Build quality is the issue on this good mouse.

larsinioI'v been using a kone pure optical for about 2 years now and I never encountered that problem (or any other). I'm a pretty hardcore gamer to point of installing things like povohat's mouse accel capture driver... mice get abused by me, and I'm over-the-top picky about them. I'v used about a dozen gaming mice, razer, A4tech, zowie, logitech etc... roccats are by far the highest build quality in my experience. After 2 years my pure optical shows some superficial signs of wear like getting shiny at places, but mechanically/technically it works 100% the same as when it was brand new.
