The order arrived late today at our warehouse. A couple of orders have been shipped. People whose order has shipped should have received an email with tracking. The rest of the orders should be shipping throughout this week. We will make sure to keep the group updated on the progress of the order.

The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 4/26.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, but we will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

I asked for confirmation that we will receive a refund should we not take up the alternative offer. I have not heard anything back from Massdrop. Are you going to refund our money?
The previous message from elimelendez said that should we not take up the alternative offer, our order would be automatically cancelled on Monday 11th April 2016.
Your policy states that: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When can I expect my refund to appear on my statement?
In the event a refund is necessary, it will be applied to the original form of payment used when the order was placed. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected on your statement can vary depending on the payment method that was used.
Credit Cards - Refunds typically appear on the statement within 2 to 3 business days, but occasionally it can take up to 7 business days. I used Paypal and so presumably would expect to receive an immediate refund on Monday 11th April 2016. It is Friday 16th April 2016 and I haven't gotten anything back.
I understand that sometimes orders can't be fulfilled for whatever reason. I cannot understand how you can take our money, not return it nor even communicate with us. This is appalling customer service.

We have submitted the updated order with the vendor. They are currently working on preparing it for shipment. As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. We will make sure to keep the group updated on the progress.

That's nice that you will automatically cancel our orders. Given Roccat has already done so, I don't see the point in this.
There is no mention of a refund, however I expect to receive one given Massdrop is not delivering on what was paid for. Massdrop has had my funds for 15 days, when will I receive a full refund?

This does not happen often and this is the only time this has ever happened with this vendor. They were very apologetic and truly wanted this to work out.

murphym18yeahh this is my first buy too its just my luck.. xD but i did need ear buds and the mouse doesnt look terrible? to me soo eh hope i made it i think i barely got the support thing in hope i did it right xD
