I have a nyth and absolutely love this mouse. The only thing that has issues is the firmware. I have yet to be able to update to the newest and have it work. Currently I am stuck on 1.05 I believe.

RE the Nyth: Can you reassign Easy-Shift to ANY other button? And can you have more than 1 Easy-Shift button set up at the same time?

2 things:it's discontinued and their middle click gives out in less than a year ( i have 4 roccat mice of which 2 are tyon).
That said the rest of the mouse is solid. one of the few mice that let;s you program vol+ and vol-. at this price, i don't mind that the middle click will crap out in a year.

If anybody can tell me how they got Roccat's software to do anything, I would be glad to hear it. I have downloaded the latest drivers and software and have excluded the files and folders in Windows defender. I even tried turning windows defender off. Nothing. All I am doing is chinging lighting and buttons in the configuration window. Nothng changes with the mouse.

thojgrooDownload V1.16 / FW1.30 from support section. It's under windows 8.1 64-bit. FW 1.33 and 1.31 say AlienFX in the title so I don't know if those are only for alienware machines but 1.31 did not work on my Asus Z170I board. 1.33 says to only use it if you have an X99 board.
As a side note for anybody who reads this in the future this mouse works great in linux. You actually get a full featured GUI just like the windows version.
