Massdrop! Can you please advise if you are able to make contact with this vendor and if so what’s the hold up? If not then please stop doing business with vendors that doesn’t at least have the decency to respond. Im sorry but I can’t take anymore of your stock and hackneyed emails from support spewing how you understand my frustration and do everything to meet the estimated shipping dates... How about the line on how you “heavily rely on your vendors” and make them respond! I’m sorry Camille, Tyler, and Samantha, I know you’re doing your job, but it’s the same response no matter which vendor screws up. It would be nice to have added in your stock email response how you heavily rely on the customer, just say’n!

HickABillyHi, this is not a problem of the vendor. The inks are at MD warehouse since 02/14. What was not shipped are the erka-rapid and this is not a problem of the vendor. Maybe Massdrop can explain the problem. At least the vendor explained MD several times why they do not to send the items.

As we're unable to guarantee that we will receive this item, we've cancelled your order and issued a full refund to your original payment method. You can expect to see the funds back in your account within the next 2-3 business days.As a way of apology we've applied a $10 credit to your member account. This credit will be applied to the next drop you join and will appear as a discount in the checkout page.
