They are so cute and I will love them forever. Stone finish looks great! By chance, the sitting one came with a clicky tactile switch, but the sleepy siesta one came with a silent linear switch, which is appropriate and also its own level of adorable.
Love my little keyboard buddy. It's a bit of extra fun tapping my escape key with keycappie sitting on it. Don't know if I would buy another pair but I'm glad I got in on this drop!
These are perfect gifts for the keyboard nerd in your life. I got one each for my girlfriend and myself and we both love them. They're super cute, the switches are easy to swap out, and the braided loop seems nice and strong, so I don't fear it tearing off of my backpack (or her makeup bag) anytime soon.
My only concern is that the switch feels like it comes out a little too easy, and I AM concerned that IT could pop out if it were snagged on something too hard. Otherwise, I am very happy with these and I would recommend a buy.
I absolutely love these things. They look great(I got the stone finish), they feel well made, and the switches are pretty nice. I bought one for me, and a few other for gifts. Overall, I'm super happy with them, I think my friends are gonna love them!
A bit pricey and smaller than expected, but my girlfriend and I love ours.
Clicky kailh on her keychain, linear kailh on mine. Came with matching DSA keycap colors for the switches.
Feels nice just clicking about.
DutchMelss$13 x 2, (which is what it goes for on Romly's website)+ 5 shipping, so about $15 per keychain/ keycap. Romly's website (Shapeways) offers $8 versions and $13 versions- I believe Massdrop buyers receive the $13 premium versions, but who really knows?
At the very least, we receive keycaps + key switches, which the Shapeways buyers do not receive.
The key chain variant is amazing. It is also an amazing stress relief toy and a great conversation starter. Not to mention how cute it looks. Would recommend absolutely, only little problem is that white plastic gets dirty too easily.
I loved the keychain and the ability to switch out what switch I had with me. The one sitting on my keyboard is fun but I think the light from rgb even just white makes it look a bit wonky
