Comfortable, Discreet Earplugs

For musicians, music lovers, firearms users, and anyone who wants to protect their hearing, the  Rooth C&P M02 earplugs offer a comfy, discreet solution. Made from soft silicone, these transparent tips feature an ergonomic, triple-flange design with a short, clear stem. Inside, an attenuation filter reduces noise evenly to maintain the full spectrum of sound without any muffling—a common issue with foam competitors. Compared to the company’s M-fit earplugs, the U-fit model tends to attenuate more of the high and low frequencies. And based on members' requests, this release now includes earplugs specifically for the firing range. They provide maximum hearing protection from firearms while maintaining clarity of normal level sounds, like speech and environmental noise.

Different Accessories

To better accommodate those with smaller ears, the M-fit earplugs come with two shells (one standard size and one smaller). The U-fit and Firearms come with the standard shell only. All models come with an aluminum case, which features a convenient key ring and a waterproof rubber seal to keep moisture, dust, and debris out. The case that comes with the Firearms earplugs is especially durable and moisture resistant.

Fortnine did a great video on earplugs. At a noise reduction rating of 27db I believe even the heavy metal versions would be insufficient. https://youtu.be/eEdf0R5ypsgRead More

Question
I work at an industry with relatively loud machinery, I use disposable 3ms on the daily, but they make my ears really sore. Was wondering if these are bad to use 8+ hours a day, and if the 27 db ones would be enough for say the noise of an angle grinder.

I used these in a woodworking shop on and off 8 hours a day. I didn't get any discomfort from them and it brought the noise to a manageable level. These drop the sound level a decent amount, but...Read More
