Could I use these just at night when sleeping or would that not be a smart use? Is cleaning difficult?

NibiriaIt's really not recommended to sleep with earplugs on. Unless you want to stay asleep while your house is burning or as you house is getting burgled.

NibiriaThat's one of the things I use my red set for. Very nice, very comfortable (for me)
They tend to fall out by the end of the night, but since my bed is soft the just end up right against me.
