I have good noise canceling ear muffs but I sometimes let my my friends wife use them while shooting. She's a dam good shot. I use the foam ones and they work fine but they are disposable. I was thinking these might be something that I didn't always end up throwing away. I agree with the comment about the price of a whole bag of the foam ones. From what people are saying about the length, fit and the problem with taking them out. I'll stick with the disposable ones.

These aren't the same thing as shooting ear muffs or disposable foam ear plugs.
