Rothco has been producing authentic military apparel since the 1950s. So it makes sense that they would have products aimed at those who carry firearms Read More
electroluxThey are based on Asian sizing too so you have to order a 3x to get somewhere between large and xl. Oh and the zipper will be on the wrong side.
I already have the Condor version of this jacket (they're identical in every way), but I simply love to see it get dropped again. I always come here and read the new anti-gun clap-trap and re-read the old. Best free and unintended comedy on the interwebs. I'm really surprised that mine is the first new post for the current drop, so I stopped by to see if I couldn't get some participation going. Went to town this morning to pick up some new boots wearing this jacket whilst carrying my Barret .50 cal. sniper rifle in the inside pocket. It did make the jacket sag a little to the packed side, but other than that, it's the most comfortable way to carry "Little Miss Snipe" (yeah, I name all my guns) that I've found yet. Went 40 miles round trip, and nobody died! Might be a mileage record for a concealed sniper rifle carrier. I wouldn't know though, Us hillbillies ain't gots no 'lectricity out'chere. I only gets on the interwebs once a week or so after I've been to town to charge the batts on my smart-phone named "Dumber."
That ought to get 'em goin'. LOL
Look man, I've taken iron-sight shots at a mile and a half and kilt the critter I was aiming at. Saw some kind'a biological matter flyin' off the top 'o the ridge. Looked kind'a like a human arm, but hey, if it was human, they weren't wearin' no blaze orange vest, so that's their problem. Tried hiking out to collect my trophy, but ran outta breath about a 1/4 mile in. Barely made it back to my pick'em-up-truck. The life of a concealed carry sniper is a hard'un. Most people couldn't hang.
Anyway, I'm such a dead-eye with Little Miss Snipe, that scopes jus' seem like a waste o' money to me. All those high-tech lighted-up reticles and range finders and such are fo' wimps. 😮
Frankly I see almost no use case for this.
The only limited use I can come up with is wearing to the range on a cold day, and loading the jacket up.
My jacket is rarely on me.
I put it on when I leave the house and then:
•Get in the car, take it off
•Go to the store, leave it in the car
•Go to work, take it off
•Go to someone's house, take it off
•Get home, take it off
•etc.
If one is carrying they must be in control of their weapon at all times.
Having one or more firearms "loose" off one's person and just hanging out in some fabric is a completely unacceptable situation.
hey, it's tacticool. I'd bet 90% of the people who buy this jacket never the leave the house with any kind of weapon. They just like the idea that they could. Same people who have a bugout bag in their garage in case they have to drop everything and leave behind their high paced life of accounting for a forklift parts distributor.
