The shoulder strap hook sheared off.
It had been holding up, but walking with a somewhat heavy load, the hook broke while carrying.

Love the bag. It looks amazing and it’s spacious with roomy side pockets. I’m concerned about the durability of the bottom of the bag but no problems so far. Good for the price.

The bag is exactly as it is described, but, I can tell that, in general, the bag doesn't use all of the highest quality materials. It feels feels flimsy and the fasteners are pretty weak.
That said, for the price of $50, the bag is a good as it gets; it gets the job done, and I am satisfied with the purchase.
You won't regret buying it, but be aware that if you're going to spend $50 on a bag, you get what you pay for.

Bag was very nice, but one of the shoulder strap latches is loose and so it comes undone every time I lift it by the shoulder strap. I have removed the shoulder strap and it functions great as a regular bag, but would be nice to have the shoulder strap as an option.

AwesomePieManIt's pretty easy to buy an aftermarket should strap but too bad that you have to buy one.
