We spoke with the vendor earlier today and they’re still waiting for the shipment for the 0.7mm version of the rOtring 500 to come in. While they were able to shipped us 20pcs out of the 100pcs of this particular model we ordered, due to the shortage we were told the remaining order of the rOtring 500 0.7mm will be ready to be shipped out to us by 1/16.
On the brighter side, the supply for 0.5mm is rather healthy, and they were able to ship us the complete order of this model. The first shipment is scheduled to arrive our warehouse by tomorrow.
Our warehouse is prepared to get your package shipped out the moment it arrives. Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 1/16 or sooner.
