AshA delay? You don't say... What is this, a New England Patriots injury report?
I mean seriously.. is the shipment lost? Is it because of the typhoon in Asia? Please give us more than "a delay", because I'm pretty sure most of us could have came up with that on our own.

Wanted to give you an update on these. We're experiencing a delay getting these pencils at our warehouse. It's looking to be at least a few more weeks before the pencils arrive. I deeply apologize for the wait; I know it's frustrating, but please bear with us. We are working with the vendor to get these to our warehouse as soon as possible. I'll update you guys if I find out anything else.
