I would not have chosen just a padded envelope to ship pencils individually. Just because this is a bulk order and we're getting a discount off retail doesn't mean it's reasonable to skimp on the packaging. This is just like (and I think most of us have experienced this unfortunately) getting a burger with the buns that are falling apart as soon as you grab it.
Product itself is great, as advertised, comes with 4 pieces of lead. The service part of the transaction.... an awkward collar pull, to say the least.
