Anyone know if these have the cap with a hole on the top I read about around the interwebs? It sounds like it could be ugly especially on the black one, so might make me reconsider the finish option... Anyone?

dag.odenhallThey do have a cap with a whole in the top. I have this pencil in both black (7mm) and silver (5mm) versions and they look pretty much the same. The hole really doesn't show the eraser much. Personally, I slightly prefer the black finish but rock the silver to switch things up once in a while. They both look stellar, in my opinion.

pdoroffDid you get them from Massdrop though? I hear the hole is due to EU regulations (something about children swallowing the cap) and not the original design. Presumably Massdrop isn't importing from the EU. In Zman's pictures above I can't see a hole, but maybe it's just not visible in those pictures but still there?
More pictures would be appreciated, yeah!
