By far the best writing tool in my line up of a Zebra F-701 (pen), SKILCRAFT B3 Aviator (multi-pen),
Locus 3way Pen
(multi-pen),
rOtring 800
(pencil), rOtring Rapid PRO (pencil),
Kurutoga Roulette (pencil), and
Pentel Graph Gear 1000 (pencil). Some of these are more than $50, but the rotring 600 is still my preferred tool. Its highlights are the amazing grip, weight, and quality construction. Make sure to protect the thin metal tip from damage as it is quite fragile. I bought this (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Q6Z1JDK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) pen case and put a cheapo BIC pen cap inside it. This protects the tip and allows for easy transportation.
Sidenote:
I love this thing so much that I would recommend that you just buy it off of amazon to get it in your hands as quick as possible.
