When can I expect to recieve my additional refills for my pen delivery being so late?

This delay has been unreasonably long, despite our best efforts to have them shipped ASAP.
After being informed that a shipment was on the way, we just learned they are out of stock.
Because the vendor has made a good faith effort to compensate members for the delayed shipping of your pens, we are going to wait until next week for an update on ETA of refills.
If we do not have a definite date by Tuesday, we'll make other arrangements to send refills.
Again, we feel badly about this and are doing our best to get a resolution for you ASAP.
