I got a shipping notice on 12/18, but the tracking shows no updated info and the pen never came. Is it expected to take this long to arrive (live in the midwest)?

kjakeSame thing on my end. and i'm on the East Coast. This particular massdrop has been quite a disappointment.

kjakeUPS MI shouldn't take more than 4-7 business days for delivery, so at this point it's fairly safe to say UPS messed up.
As is, I only got my Zippo, shipped from Massdrop just a day prior to this, and the tracking number still says the whole "Processed, ready for UPS." Fun thing is if I enter it in the USPS tracking page, it shows UPS gave up and tendered it to the USPS on the 31st in California for delivery. Too bad this one won't show up anywhere for me...
