JohnPaulJonesDrop usually doesn't post these things since it seems it's too much trouble to ask the vendor or manufacturer or even do a google search.
Here is the budgetlightforum review with the reviewer's measured output and runtimes (take that with a grain of salt): http://budgetlightforum.com/node/61105
High: 550L for 19 minutes
Med: 210L for 29 minutes
Low: 19L for 900 minutes
Note: It states in the review that the lights drops the output from 550lms after 3 minutes. This seems standard these days for most high output lights.

I have 2 of these lights, they are EXCELLENT! I have an A6 Aurora and an A5 with A UV light. It's tiny and incredibly bright. It recharges with a micro USB cable. Of course being the size it is there is a limitation with the battery. I always have one in my pocket.
