I bought one of these (55g backlit) from JD around the time of the last drop... and its been my daily driver since. The included keycaps are throwaways, so I gave it a set of Vortex PBT/POM doubleshots. The software is a bit odd, but doesnt require a registry entry and writes its changes to the keyboards firmware (doesnt need to be always running like razer or corsair). Would buy again

Drop alt v1 in the drop high-profile ceramic case

I have drop alt v1 and I replaced the aluminum case with the drop alt ceramic case, however the problem is now i cannot see the rgb even with the diffuser. I can slightly see it on the north side of the diffuser but not the sides nor the southside. Please help.

Flashing my new drop keyboard

Hello, I have received my new drop keyboard I was attempting to flash it using the Drop configurator software however when I do FN Left Control Backspace and use the flash function it disconnects. No matter what other flash option I choose my keyboard stops showing up in the configurator. The only option I found I can return to is the stock option. Sorry for my confusion I have never done this before.
