Just got it.
10g makes such a difference.
Even with the stock caps it's really impressive.
Maybe it's the new factor but I only used my 45g for about 4 months.
And 55g was immediately distinctively different! That solid resistance, wow!
Here are some pictures showing you the incredible changes to the actual housing of the domes.
From milky white plastic to nearly translucent allowing the light to diffuse much better.
You can even see the silencing bands underneath.
And some pictures of the stock caps, showing the incredible thickness and 2 texture build.
Top is grainy and the sides are polished. This reflects light making the board sparkle.
Besides all the improvements, one thing really stands out.
The RGB functions. My favorite feature is the explosive key presses that shoot colors in every direction. They even have it so it cuts all the way across the board. Press A and colors explode in all directions from that key. You get the point. Sorry but the kid in me goes crazy for that kind of gimmicky BS.
I have yet to install the software but based on the demo mode, I see complete control of each key color. That itself is really cool. For this price, nothing beats RK. They have a customer for life. Now to lube the stabilizers and replace all the caps.
JeolNo problem.
I honestly haven't bothered with it.
Maybe I'll try to do it this week but I don't see a need to as out of the box it has a lot of functions just by FN key presses. But from what I can tell by guessing and usage, it has to have per key lighting.
