German-Made Steel, Natural Wood Handle
Designed by the folks over at RPMWEST, who have gained a following for their high-end denim apparel, this chef’s knife is made to last four times longer than others in its category. The blade is crafted in Solingen, Germany, which is known as the “City of Blades.” Made from German-forged X50CrMo14 steel, it’s sharp, tough, and long-lasting—not to mention each knife is individually sharpened and polished. Sharp enough to get through stubborn tomatoes, thick-skinned veggies, and large cuts of meat with ease, the knife is super comfortable in the hand, too. The natural wood handle pairs with the rounded bolster for a secure hold no matter your grip style.
