Are there any views of the back pockets?

I'm betting the answer is "no," but are these actually dyed using tobacco?
Also, I've compared the fit specs here to those of Gustin, and I'd be going from a 35 in Gustin to a 33 in these jeans. Can anyone confirm whether their tagged size is down 2 as well?

KhyronCorrect, tobacco is just a name for the color.
I haven't worn Gustin in a long while but I do recall their jeans having less "vanity sizing" than most, so they were smaller in the waist. I think I was a 32 in Gustin and a 31 in RPM.

Those folds on the bottom of the inseams are not sown like that are they? I never liked rolling up the bottoms of my jeans

alphredoNo, they're not sewn in like that. That's just a styling decision. Many folks like to roll up their cuffs for aesthetic purposes and also to show the selvage on the fabric (which distinguishes them as being selvage fabric).

Is this the kind of jeans that will lose its color after being washed?

ShashaDraNot exactly sure what you mean by that. If worn often and fitted properly the dye will chip off over time giving you a fade just like with any other pair of raw denim jeans. It's not something that will just lose its color quickly with a few washes. Though that also depends on how you're washing your jeans -- machine vs. hand -- hot vs. cold -- dryer vs. air dry

I'd also like to mention that both of these measurement lists are different from RPMWest's chart on their site for these jeans.
