Handmade in Rustico’s workshop on Orem, Utah, the Brooklyn clutch lets you keep your daily writing essentials close at hand. It features a top-grain leather exterior with an antique brass top zipper and a durable pink cotton canvas lining. Inside, you’ll find a large zippered pocket, a medium drop-in pocket, and a small pocket sized for business cards. Available in a range of colors with a matching wrist strap, this clutch is versatile and easy to carry. And at 9.75 inches long, it’s large enough to hold your pens, pencils, markers, ink cartridges, and more.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of color: black, buckskin, burgundy, charcoal, dark brown, ocean, or saddle. As all clutches are handmade, the colors may vary slightly from what’s shown here. Buckskin and charcoal may take an extra 6 weeks to ship, and black an extra week.
The Rustico Story
It started with a bookbinding course, some top-grain leather, and a ream of cotton rag paper. Now, Rustico employs more than 30 people and produces a range of fine leather and paper goods, from journals to wallets and beyond. Avoid leaving this clutch in the sun, and steer clear of chemicals; over time, the natural oils on your skin will give the cover a patina of creases, scuffs, and fades to reflect your personal use. For additional conditioning, Rustico recommends using Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam, or a similar all-natural care product.
